This notice explains how EXALT Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited (“EXALT Technologies”, “we”) handles personal information collected through exalttechglobal.com. Questions can be sent to exalttechglobal@gmail.com.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you request.
• To assess job applications.
• To deliver projects and support to clients.
• To protect our website from spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Cookies and analytics

The public website uses only a preference stored in your browser for the light or dark theme. Signed-in areas use a strictly necessary, secure session cookie. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for consent where required and update this notice.

Service providers

We use reputable providers for hosting, databases, file storage and email delivery. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide those services. Data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months.
• Job applications: up to 12 months.
• Client project records: for the duration of the relationship and as required by law afterwards.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing exalttechglobal@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected people of any significant breach as required by law.
